How to Enroll

In Pinnacle Preschool Learning Center every child receives professional daycare and education.

Our center gives children the most important basics of academic, social skills and other important experience needed for future studying.

So, if you finally decided about preschool and want to join Pinnacle Center, so here you can find important steps, which you have to follow in order to enroll.

Simple Steps to Enroll

  • 1 . Fill out our Enrollment Form
  • 2. Physician’s Statement (Bring State Health Forms to your child’s pediatrician to be filled out and returned)
  • 3. Vaccination Records
  • 4. Review, sign, and return the Financial Agreement.
  • 5. Authorization for Emergency Medical Attention
  • 6. Fill out the EFT form and attach a voided check for monthly tuition withdrawal.
  • 7. Familiarize yourself with the Parent’s Handbook.
  • 8. Complete and return all additional paperwork on the first day of school if necessary.
